Your company details will be stored in computer files, processed automatically and included in a database, utilised for any necessary activities related to the ordinary management of the Congress about Pharma Finace 2008 , to make a catalogue, publication online and offline, user satisfaction evaluation, commercial, marketing purposes and statistical applications , as you may authorize, by Filas Spa, and Sviluppo Lazio Spa, Via V. Bellini 22, 00198 Rome, which act as Data Controllers (Titolari del Trattamento). The submitting of personal data is voluntarily, however, if you fail to provide you personal data Filas S.p.A and Sviluppo Lazio S.p.A. may not be able to carry out the above activities. In order to perform the aforementioned activities, with the express exclusion of other purposes, your details could be shared with our partners and third parties nominated by us in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003.
The data you submit may be disclosed, on a need to know basis, to Filas and Sviluppo Lazio internal personnel acting as persons in charge of the processing (Incaricati del Trattamento) as well as to the Data Processors (Responsabili del Trattamento) as appointed by Filas and Sviluppo Lazio. You represent and warrant that the information and data disclosed to the Data Controllers are true and accurate.
You have the right to avail yourself, in any moment, of the rights set forth by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Data Protection Code) by writing to the Data Controllers at the address indicated above.
